FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR 2011 ARE NOW CLOSED. The 2011 Hebron Music and Arts Festival is in the planning stages. We would like to invite you to be a part of the festival. The festival will be held on September 24, 2011. The location is Canal Park in Hebron. There will be 2 stages of music, art vendors, a kids zone, a car show, a chalk the walk event and much more. If you would like to participate in the festival, please return the enclosed form with your fee of $150.00.
