Dear Exhibitor,

We would like to invite you to exhibit in the 4th Annual Hebron Music and Arts Festival. Our first year we had approximately 5000 visitors and look to have a bigger and better turn out this year. We are always looking for new exhibitors with wonderful artistic offerings. Whether you are an amateur or an experienced artist, dabble in paint, glass, metal, photography or multi-media, we welcome you to showcase your wares at this year’s festival.

This year we are moving back to the beautiful Canal Park in Hebron, Ohio. It is easily accessible by all directions by being a few miles off of I-70. Your assigned exhibit space and map of the festival grounds will be mailed to you just before the festival.

Applications are screened and accepted progressively as they arrive until all spaces are filled. Pop-up tents are highly recommended and will need to be weighted down appropriately in case of inclement weather. However, vendors may choose to exhibit without cover but be aware, there is no shade. Please, No Pets!

You will need to bring everything needed to set-up for your booth. There are no sites with electricity. Set-up hours are Saturday beginning at 8AM until 10:30AM. At 10:30AM all vehicles must be removed to designated vendor parking, no exceptions! The art show begins at 11AM and runs through 7PM.

We advertise our show in the local newspapers, radio, billboards, flyers, posters and brochures. In addition to the Art Show there are daylong activities including a 5K run, cruise-in, concessions, open mike and live entertainment. We work very hard to improve and offer a quality venue to our exhibitors. We look forward to meeting you and working with you for years to come.
