CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

1. A fee of $50.00 must accompany this application. You will be directed to a payment page upon clicking "submit" below.

2. You will be assigned a booth spot within two weeks of the event.

3. Vendors are responsible for all equipment needs including tents, tables, signage, etc.

4. No “flea market, yard sale items are acceptable.”

5. Collection and payment of taxes will be the responsibility of the vendors.

6. Vendors agree to sell items listed in this agreement confirmed by The Hebron Business Association. There will be no sharing. Only one business is allowed per site.

7. Vendors will leave the site clean and free from any litter or materials.

WAIVER

The undersigned hereby waives all claims against and agrees not to sue the Hebron Business Association or the Village of Hebron, any officers, agents or employees for damages resulting from injury to any person or thing resulting from or arising out of the use of the Village of Hebron’s street or locations, electricity or other uses or facilities on the above described occasion.
